I can officially say I’ve riced my own cauliflower. It was pretty easy, but man it made a mess. Luckily I had clean the kitchen anyways so it was a win-win.
I kept it super simply just frying it up and adding veggies. This makes a great side for any meal, or a fun different topping for a salad.
- head of cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- About 2 cups of veggies of your choice
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor, add in garlic clove, pulse until the cauliflower is gainulated like rice
- Add veggies into a hot pan, simmer stirring occasionally for about 10minutes
- Add in the cauliflower and simmer for another 7minutes
- Add salt and pepper
